Vision
Designed AVA, an AI health concierge that interprets personal health data and delivers personalized lifestyle recommendations (nutrition, sleep, fitness). The goal: make health guidance accessible and actionable through conversational AI.
Tech
Built on Python + LangChain + OpenAI, with mock data ingestion (wearables/health trackers like Garmin). Agentic workflows structured to analyze data streams, identify patterns, and suggest actionable steps. Backend powered by Supabase for secure storage and modular scaling.
Execution
Delivered an MVP agent capable of:
Reading wearable health data (mocked for prototype).
Generating personalized daily insights on sleep, food, and activity.
Running agentic reasoning loops to refine recommendations.
Framed roadmap for integration with real APIs (Garmin, Apple Health).
